Types of Therapy

 

  1. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – Helps identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors linked to substance use, teaching relapse prevention skills. 
  2. Motivational Interviewing (MI) – A client-centered approach to enhance motivation for change by exploring and resolving ambivalence.
  3. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) – Focuses on emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness, often used for co-occurring emotional dysregulation.
  4. Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) – Addresses irrational beliefs that contribute to addictive behaviors, replacing them with more adaptive ones.
  5.  Twelve-Step Programs – Such as Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and Narcotics Anonymous (NA), offering a structured, community-based recovery framework.
  6.  Group Therapy – Provides peer support, shared experiences, and accountability in a structured group setting.  COMING SOON

Insurance Information

We currently do not accept insurance payments, but we are actively working on adding that option in the future. For now, we accept cash payments. Our standard assessment and intake fee is $145, and individual session rates are $120 per session. Group sessions are priced at $45 per person.
